The local area has some amazing restaurants and green spaces, with Plashet park 10 minutes and Wanstead flats 20 minutes walk away. While all the everyday essentials can be readily found along East Ham’s high street, we have also loved being a short cycle away from the pubs and cafes of Forest Gate and Wanstead, and all the amenities in Stratford. We are sad to say goodbye, but hope that this flat will be the perfect base for its next owners!”
